We provide birth doula support and craniosacral therapy services. These services are intended for informational and wellness purposes only and do not replace medical advice or treatment.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All services must be booked in advance through our Website or designated scheduling platform.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

✔ Craniosacral Therapy Appointments:

  • If canceling more than 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • If canceling within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% refund will be issued.

✔ Doula Services:

  • Specific cancellation and refund policies for doula services will be discussed in the client agreement at the time of hiring.

5. Disclaimer

The undersigned understands that craniosacral services are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I am aware that I should seek the advice of a healthcare provider to answer any health-related or pregnancy-related issues surrounding my pregnancy, my labor, my birth, postpartum, or parenting.

I, therefore, agree that I will in no way hold the instructor/moderator of the Brilliant Births® class(es)/groups, its owner, or its representatives responsible for any exceptional circumstances that could arise as a result of my pregnancy, my labor, or the birth, postpartum, child's wellbeing, or the parenting of my child. I agree that neither I nor any member of my family will make any claim or initiate any suit against any of the above-named parties now or at any time in the future.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this Website or our services.
