Your Birth, Your Voice, Your Power
I’m here to support you...
Giving birth is one of the most transformative experiences of your life—you deserve to feel informed, supported, and truly heard. As your birth doula, I offer evidence-based guidance, emotional and physical support, and a calm, grounding presence to help you navigate pregnancy and labor with confidence. I’ve attended more than 100 births, and I’d love to be present at yours as well.
What is a Birth Doula?
Giving birth is one of the most life-changing experiences you’ll ever have—but you don’t have to go through it alone. A birth doula is a trained professional who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labor, and birth.
Unlike a doctor or midwife, my role isn’t medical. Instead, I’m here to help you feel empowered, informed, and supported—no matter what your birth plan looks like. I provide:
✔ Emotional support – A calm, steady presence to help you feel grounded and confident.
✔ Physical comfort – Hands-on techniques like massage, counter-pressure, and movement to ease discomfort.
✔ Advocacy & education – Evidence-based guidance so you can make informed decisions and feel in control of your experience.
Whether you’re giving birth at home, in a hospital, or at a birth center, my job is to hold space for your choices, your voice, and your power—so you can focus on what matters most.

A midwife provides medical care during pregnancy and birth, while a doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support. I do not replace medical providers—I work alongside them to help you feel supported, empowered, and informed.
-
Not at all! My goal is to enhance your partner’s role, not replace it. I help guide partners in providing support, ensuring they feel confident and involved in a way that strengthens your connection during birth.

It’s never too early to start planning! Many clients hire me in the second trimester, but I take on clients at any stage of pregnancy as long as I have availability.

Doula services are not typically covered by insurance, but I can provide an invoice for reimbursement if your plan offers coverage. I also offer flexible payment plans to make doula support more accessible.
